Overview

This one-day workshop will be delivered in-person and is designed to support senior leadership teams to better understand the nature of data and AI in today’s voluntary sector organisations. From the practical implications and costs, through to ethical considerations, data and AI are changing the way we manage our businesses.

Keeping up to date and knowledgeable is key for senior leaders to ensure they make the right decisions to create a positive growth environment for their teams. Case studies and examples will bring examples to life, and there will be opportunity for discussion and questions throughout. This in-depth workshop is designed to give senior leaders a solid understanding of how to use data strategically to boost their organisation's impact. Key topics include:

  • Understanding the fundamentals of data and AI
  • Building a data strategy
  • Ethical considerations in data and AI
  • Practical data and AI solutions
  • Data literacy and organisational culture

The workshop will be delivered by Sam Rhynas, Chief Operating Officer at effini.
